 Background.

I am from East Cleveland, OH. Being raised in a severely underserved community, I learned to transform adversity into opportunity. From an early age I had to explore beyond insufficient resources I was provided, and learn that at the core of my home community lives rich history and culture. What I uncovered, was that the surface level perspective is never representative of a true experience.

As a designer, I use this resilience, drawing from a similar understanding when I empathize with users of varying backgrounds, and design with a deeper analysis of the traditionally unheard.

I became a UX Designer in order to use my background in International Affairs to provide a global perspective to problem solving. I believe that every project is unique, and I never approach them the same way. I aim to use my ever-expanding User Experience strategy toolkit to mold all experiences into good experiences.

I live to experiment. I am full of curiosity and adventure, and I aim to transform those qualities into innovative products and user experiences.
